Playing the MMO World of Warcraft Classic, I was using the ConsolePort addon which enables you to play it with a controller! Whilst playing I found it very annoying to have to track quests using the mouse! When everything else could be done using the controller.
I kept thinking. Boy… i wish there was a “Track Quest” button. So i endeavoured to create a small addon which adds a button to the Quest Log that tracks that quest. ( Formerly the only way to track quests was via holding Shift and Clicking with the mouse )

I thought id share this with the world as it could be useful for Acessability for people who find it hard to hold shift and click, controller players, OR people who are too lazy to hold shift and click.

The process was quite simple. I went to youtube and watched a few tutorials on how to create/manipulate World of Warcraft’s UI which is made using LUA. Then after acessing the game files for the quest log, i set about making the addon to insert a Track Quest button which does the same action as holding shift and clicking.
Currently the addon is sitting just over 2000 downloads.
